The Rock... aka PT Junk... aka Dark Horizon. Or TES, there's hardly any other combo at Knightware tournaments so not many people prepare for it. More than half the decks are tribal creature decks, we see a lot of Merfolk, Goblins, and random tribal like Knights and Elves. Plus TES has decent matchup against Survival.
I don't think the 4c Countertop you're playing is a good choice only because of all the Merfolk running around at Knightware.

You're right on the money, dreadstill was what I wanted Kevin lee to play if he wanted to continue using the countertop shell, and new horizon is what Kevin koga made. Both decks are tempo style with wastes and stifles which is good for this survival meta. But after survival is banned New horizon will still be good. I'm not sure about dreadstill though post-survival.

Pretty sure that Dreadstill will be good in the post-survival meta, if stuff reverts back to the Columbus metagame. Dreadstill crushes storm, is about 50% versus merfolk, and always has game versus bad players.
I would recommend Belcher if you aren't comfortable with other storm. Dredge is also great, but nobody but me and Max McCall play it for some reason.

I say just stick to the deck that you're familiar with for now. Its less than 3 days away, you're not going to switch deck and call it a done deal. You're also racing against time to learn to play the deck correctly and figure out the sideboard.

TES is extremely hard to play.
Dreadstill or New Horizons seems good. New Horizons is powerful against Survival and Merfolk, so I would personally recommend that, but Dreadstill has some options as well. Dredge is also ridiculously powerful right now.

Your enthusiasm for MTG is worse than mine and I thought I was going downhill.
